# 1 - Dom Perignon & Jeff Koons

The Ballon Venus for Dom Perignon has been created by Jeff Koons for Dom Perignon Rosé Vintage 2003 (£315) and the Dom Perignon Vintage 2004 (£135), and are a formidable expression of the power of creation and of collaboration between two sources of creativity.

He also created a replica of the very famous sculpture Venus Balloon (£15,500), presenting on the left of the picture.

It represents respect for tradition united with a flair for innovation.

Jeff Koons has philosophy about art "as a preferred

 vehicle merchandising".

Remember when Dom Perignon honored Andy Warhol in 2010 in creating a limited edition 2002 75cl Rouge.
Dom Perignon made his special edition in the six colors of the Pop Art (blue, red, lilac, purple, emerald green and yellow).
This famous edition was only for the 2000 vintage and signed by Andy Warhol.

A legend: Dom Perignon by Moët & Chandon, Maison of Champagne in the region of Champagne. There have been 38 vintages, and the last year available is 2003. The first Vintage Dom Perignon Champagne was made in 1921.
